A nascent entrepreneur is an entrepreneur who successfully introduces innovative products and services, processes or business models onto the market but is still in the process of founding. The foundation is deemed to be completed as soon as positive cash flow is achieved for more than three months. Nascent entrepreneurship is entrepreneurship especially in the founding process.
